Pillbox (Type FW3/28A): EDoB ID: e07829

This larger type 28A pillbox once covered the old A9 to Bonar Bridge. It differs from the smaller type 28 by the addition of a side annexe containing a further three infantry positions. Like others, it was converted to a machine gun position by the blocking up of the large anti-tank gun embrasure in the front.
