Pillbox (Type FW3/28A): EDoB ID: e07829

A closer view of the "Conversion Kit" that consisted of two parallel bars to which the Turnbull MG mounting frame was attached. This crude contraption was then bolted onto the outside, over the small opening that had been created by the blocking of the much larger AT embrasure. This completed the conversion of the AT gun emplacement to a MG position.
