Syon House seen from Kew Gardens
Syon House is the London home of the Duke of Northumberland and his family. The house was built in the sixteenth century on the site of the Medieval Syon Abbey, and came into the possession of the ancestors of the present owner in 1594. In this photograph it is viewed across The River Thames from Kew Gardens.
