Leeds Bus Station
Leeds Bus Station
Known officially as Leeds Central Bus Station, this certainly is far from Central, being on the extreme eastern fringes of the city area proper. Dating from the 1930s, it was given a complete rebuild to make it suitable for the more modern double-deckers now used. The station has all the usual facilities of enquiry and booking offices, refreshment room, and toilets. Buses which use it are not limited to local services, bút extend to buses serving the coast including Hull. There is also another coach station adjoining.
