Converted buildings at Little Greencroft farm
Converted buildings at Little Greencroft farm
This farm at Delves Lane, on the south side of Consett, is being extensively modernised at the moment. The old byre range here is being converted to residential properties. This is common on old farms and better than letting them fall into ruin. Although the steel frame of the barn in front is in the same position as the old one, and the same shape, I suspect it's new steelwork. See earlier pics for this square.
