Rather unusually the sign is written without a capital 'T' on this landmark pub on the Stratford Road, so I've respected the style, despite its oddity.
Update mid 2022 - it looks like the pub has been closed for a couple of years (possibly a victim of a downturn in trade due to the Covid pandemic?) and the site may be redeveloped into a coffee outlet and/or supermarket.
