The Bridge to Nowhere
Bridge over the Abhainn Ghearadha constructed as part of a scheme immediately after the first World War to construct a road up the east coast of the Isla of Lewis linking Stornoway with Ness. Construction halted a short way north of this bridge and the road was never completed.
