Chiswick House conservatory
Chiswick House conservatory
Commissioned by the 6th Duke of Devonshire from Samuel Ware and completed in 1813, the conservatory was the longest ever built at 302ft (96m). Restored in 2010, it is famous for its camellia collection, some trees surviving from the Duke’s historic specimens.
