Permissive bridleway towards Oakham Road

The notice says that this previous public footpath has been upgraded to a "Permissive Bridleway" and "aims to increase visitors enjoyment of the farmed environment" so that "Local horse riders and walkers will be able to leave the busy road more quickly".
