Cromford Railway Station - redundant platform and waiting room
Cromford Railway Station - redundant platform and waiting room
This is thought to be the original station building when the station was opened in 1849. It was used as a waiting room on the up side platform until the station was reduced to a single platform. The station building and the station master's house were sold off and the old waiting room is now self catering accommodation.
