Another view of the Grade II listed structure of Zig-zag Bridge which carries pedestrians over the River Tame beside the A453 Aldridge Road at Perry Barr. This view was taken from the southern cutwater of the 1931-32 bridge built to cope with the increasing and heavier traffic on this route. Time photo taken 1.25 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
