Working narrowboat "Hampstead" has been in for attention, and is looking very smart. "Hampstead" was built in April 1937 for the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company (GUCCC) and was given the fleet number 146. The boat was originally paired with the butty "Hadfield" No 286.
