The farmhouse is a grade II listed building in its own right - see LinkExternal link
Willersley Castle Hotel and Park
Intended home of Sir Richard Arkwright, who died before completion, by London architect William Thomas. Completed in 1792. The park was laid out as a pleasure garden by John Webb at the same time.

The building was used as an Auxiliary Hospital during the first world war.
