NZ3535 : Tiered quarry face

taken 5 years ago, near to Kelloe, County Durham, England

Tiered quarry face
Tiered quarry face
The quarry is part of the Raisby Quarries complex south of the village of Kelloe. The eastward extent of the excavation is shown differently, currently (January 2019), on OS mapping at the 1:25 000 and 1:50 000 scales; neither shows the current position which has the face even further advanced.
