The Boathouse, Whitby Harbour
The Boathouse, Whitby Harbour
Despite the name this was never, as far as I can tell, used as a boathouse. It is a late 19th century pumping station (sewage, presumably) and listed grade II (list entry 1261630) but permission was given in 2003 for its conversion to luxury holiday accommodation.
