Jersey Chicken
The shop on the corner of Market Street and Tower Street used to be Pizza Royale SJ9594 : Pizza Royale which had closed by 2012. It reopened in 2013 as Papa Pan SJ9594 : Papa Pan. By 2014 the shop had closed and signage was advertising "cake away manchester" SJ9594 : Tower Street but I don't think it was ever actually open for business here. It has now changed its name to Jersey Chicken but it remains shuttered and judging by the state of the upstairs windows seems hardly habitable.
It still looks much the same as it did in May 2018 SJ9594 : Jersey Chicken. I've noticed the neon signs lit up at night when I've been passing but never seen the shutters open.
