Ruabon Station
Ruabon was once the junction for Llangollen, Dolgellau and Barmouth, a line which closed to passengers in January 1965. The old bay platform was to the right where the fence is now. Today Ruabon is still served by trains between Wrexham and Shrewsbury although it is unstaffed.
