The house, with its Gothic detailing, is listed grade II (list entry 1226181) and is dated vaguely to the 19th century. I found reference online to it having been the home of one John Barker in 1848.
Westroyd Park, Stanningley

West Royd was the mansion of John Butler (died 1884) who made his fortune as manager of the Stanningley Ironworks. The house itself, grade II listed, is now converted to flats, and its grounds are a public park with facilities including rose garden, tennis courts and a bowling green.
