NG7390 : Sheep may safely graze

taken 15 years ago, 4 km from Melvaig, Highland, Great Britain

Sheep may safely graze
Sheep may safely graze
The white blobs on the beach are sheep. This stretch of coastline is spectacular but difficult to see because of the alarmingly steep grassy slopes leading to the cliffs. Sheep on the other hand seem to find their way down to very difficult places, the advantage of a leg on each corner. I was nevertheless surprised to see them as this area looked well defended on the map.
