Geograph - photograph every grid square

Vacant and derelict buildings, almost opposite Mayflower Street, beside the “Blades” social club. There was a now-lapsed planning permission (Z/2006/2678/F) for a four-storey apartment building with ground floor car parking, first floor courtyard garden and 20 apartments (then called “Eastbridge Studios). The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or development of the property.

There is the following planning permission (19 December 2018) “LA04/2018/1392/F Demolition of existing buildings and erection of residential development in 2No. blocks (comprising 18 No. apartments), landscaping and all associated site and access works.  179 181 197 199-203 Beersbridge Road (including lands to the rear of 183-189 Beersbridge Road) Belfast”.
