Two towers and sea defences
Two towers and sea defences
The towers were built in the 16th century, along with a sea wall in between. The nearer (western) tower is the taller of the two towers. The east tower in the distance was formerly a dovecot. Sea defences in the form of large concrete blocks protect the track above the shore from the effects of waves.

The towers, wall and associated garden, burial chamber and house are Category B listed [LinkExternal link].
