Converted watermill at Butley
Converted watermill at Butley
The watermill dates back to the 16th Century and sits at the tidal limit of the Butley River. It has recently been converted to holiday accommodation. The group of buildings is called Butley Mills as there used to be a windmill 100 metres to the south until the late 1800s.
