In the ultra low emission zone, the same area as the congestion charging zone, vehicles which do not meet specified standards for emission of air polluting nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) from engines have to pay a daily charge. The charges apply at all times. This sign is on the A3217 by Eaton Square.
