A building at the corner of the Newtownards Road and Welland Street which is the subject (9 March 2016) of the following application for planning permission “Z/2015/0282/F Demolition of existing delapidated [sic] retail unit. construction of a new ground floor retail area with nine apartments over (amended scheme) 372 Newtownards Road Belfast BT4 1HG”.
