Oxford Canal: Reach in Adderbury
Oxford Canal: Reach in Adderbury
A lot of mention of Kings Sutton and its attractions and facilities for canal users is made in the Nicholson's Guide, but while the spire of Kings Sutton church is in sight and close by for some distance along the canal, and particularly along this reach, the village is not easily accessible on foot from the canal, without trespassing on private farmland, wading across the River Cherwell and then trespassing again, this time on the railway!
