In the background rising above Mount Street is a skyscraper originally known as 1 Hardman Square Now known as 1 Spinningfields, at 20 storeys it is the tallest office block in Manchester since the CIS Tower was constructed in 1962. It is home to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
