Coast Path tunnel near Coppet Hall, Saundersfoot
Saundersfoot Harbour and its associated tramways were constructed in 1830 in order to ship anthracite from the inland parts of the Pembrokeshire coalfield. The local collieries ceased operation in the 1920s. The tramway from Kilgetty colliery ran down to Wiseman's Bridge, then ran along the base of the cliff. Today the trackbed forms a section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
