Northern (Arriva UK) Class 195 3-car DMU 195116 Proud to be Northern on a Barrow to Manchester Airport service.
33 3-car and 25 2-car CAF Civity diesel units are being built for Northern in Spain, and in a new CAF factory in Newport. This is the second week of operational service. Introduction of the new trains will enable the old Pacers to be withdrawn. However, current Pacer passengers are more likely to get a cascaded Sprinter than one of these new trains.
