Hulk, River Hamble
Description: Large carvel-built hulk. Approximately 25 metres in length. Still substantially complete with deck in place, it is thought to be an Admiralty Motor Fishing Vessel built in Essex in 1944. It served as part of the Royal Navy Patrol Service during WWII, and was later used as a trawler until 1966. It was abandoned here in the 1980s.
