Pomona Strand

The road passes under the viaduct carrying the Metrolink Tram from Pomona Station over the Manchester Ship Canal towards Salford Quays and Eccles. The road then passes underneath the new viaduct carrying the extension to the Trafford Centre which is under construction, hence the warning "WORKMEN / IN ROAD / SLOW".
