This dramatic steel structure was built for the short-lived Wolverhampton to Stourbridge Junction branch line of the Great Western Railway. It is the Warren Truss Bridge, built in 1914. The railway had to wait until long after World War I before it could open in 1925; even then it only carried passengers for seven years.
