Mount Batten Breakwater
The breakwater was built in 1881 by the Cattewater Commissioners and was, for many years, part of RAF Mount Batten and not open to the public. It subsequently passed to Plymouth City Council and was refurbished in 1995; it is now a popular spot for observing maritime activity in Plymouth Sound.
