Regency houses on London Road
Regency houses on London Road
Regency houses on London Road, formerly Oxford Parade. In 1816, when visiting Cheltenham, author Jane Austen stayed here for three weeks. These houses were used as a film set during the making of the 1995 'Pride and Prejudice' starring Colin Firth. The house would have been only just built in 1816. The houses are Grade II* listed, see: LinkExternal link
