taken 14 years ago, 3 km from Lane End, Devon, Great Britain

Western slope of Lynch Tor
The steep slope is strewn with clitter as it falls away to the sunken peat track known as Black Lane. The prominent circular copse in the field beyond the wall is South Common Plantation. Bagga Tor is on the ridge in the middle distance.
