taken 5 years ago, near to Greenhead, Northumberland, England

The nearer monument, sunlit, has eroded inscriptions barely intelligible, but the name Blenkinsop can be detected. 'The Carlisle Kid' has a more detailed image - Link.
Behind that stonework is a low, partly-sunlit wall and within its arc is a shadowed second memorial - the village war memorial.
