This interesting building from the 16th or early 17th century, refaced in the 18th century, is now three separate properties - number 5, 7 and 9 Market Street. Built originally as the town's manor house, it has been an inn since the 17th century. The three gables each have Docletian windows with ogee glazing bars. Some original internal features survive. One bay, number 9, now houses a restaurant. Listed, grade II, with details at: Link
