Since Peter McDermott took NY7046 : Nether Park in August 2011, part of the roof of the eastern section of the house has collapsed, bringing down the interior beams with it, along with much of the front wall. There is now also a hole in the main roof; ingress of rainwater will soon rot the beams, leading to the collapse of the roof and collateral damage to the interior.
