Camperdown elm, Rosehaugh
Next to the track up past Gardens House, on the Rosehaugh Estate. The tree on the left is a Camperdown Elm (Ulmus glabra 'Camperdownii'). This is a cultivar of Wych elm, with a very contorted trunk and branches.
This tree has now been killed by Dutch elm disease.
