The demolition of Siemens 6MW direct drive turbine.

This was the first turbine to be erected on the site on October 2013. The Siemens 6MW direct drive turbine had a tip height of 177m and a rotor diameter of 154m.

The Siemens turbine was brought down by controlled explosion at 11:50 on Thursday 26th September 2019.
