River Clyde, Queen's Dock Pumphouse and Clyde Auditorium
A view downstream along the Clyde from Pointhouse Quay, with the aid of a telephoto lens. The two most obvious landmarks are the Queen's Dock pumphouse, a Category B listed building (Historic Scotland LB33098
Link ) which was built in 1873, and the Clyde Auditorium (nicknamed "the armadillo") which was built in 1997. Queen's Dock has been filled in and is now the site of the SECC, the roofline of which can be seen behind the pumphouse.
