SN0738 : Parcau ruin, fireplaces

taken 4 years ago, near to Nevern, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Wales

Parcau ruin, fireplaces
Parcau ruin, fireplaces
Ruined dwelling, described as a 'ty singl' that is, a two-storey cottage as opposed to the earlier type of single-storey longhouse. The remnants of the internal structure show clearly that there were fireplaces downstairs and upstairs, with a shared chimney. See my earlier Geograph of this subject for fuller information about this interesting ruin Link
