Templeglantine (aka Templeglentan -Irish: Teampall an Ghleanntáin, meaning "church of the little glen") is a village on the N21 national primary route in County Limerick between Newcastle West and Abbeyfeale; the main road from Limerick to Tralee. The village is approximately 55 kilometres southwest Limerick City and roughly 45 kilometres east of Tralee.

The N21 road is a national primary road in Ireland. The route runs for 84 km from the M20 outside Limerick to Tralee in County Kerry, running through the towns of Abbeyfeale, Newcastlewest, Adare and the village of Templeglantine.
