Glasgow Botanic Gardens

Originating in 1841 under the Royal Botanic Institution but since 1891 operated by the City of Glasgow, the gardens have varied in extent over the years, currently about 15ha, The site now includes an arboretum, as well as older structures such as the Kibble Palace (winter garden), glasshouses and Curator's House. Listed as a Garden or Designated Landscape (GDL00190).
