On several occasions since the large 'Keep Off' signs were erected on the playing field at Close House in 2015 NZ1365 : That's a bit better!, an unknown person has altered the letters on this one, right next to the path of Hadrian's Wall Trail to read 'Peep O'. The initial version read 'Keep Out' as shown here NZ1365 : KEEP OUT - PRIVATE PROPERTY but was replaced by the management after a short time. This Christmas, Close House are fighting back with humour of their own NZ1365 : 'Peep Ho Ho Ho', Close House.
