SO4670 : The top of The Goggin

taken 2 months ago, near to Elton, Herefordshire, Great Britain

The top of The Goggin
The top of The Goggin
A pass over the limestone ridges between the Vale of Wigmore and Orleton/Richard's Castle. The road on the scarp slope to the west is aptly named Killhorse Lane. (That is the real Killhorse Lane, not the Wigmore / Ludlow road which seems to have acquired the name on recent online mapping)
