The gates leading to the construction site for the oncology centre are firmly closed, suggesting this is outside normal working hours for the contractors. When they were open it was possible to get some revealing shots without trespassing on site. The building on the right was the recently constructed Surgical Clinical Decisions Units (SCDU) - I am not sure what its purpose is in 2019.
