Seen from a lay-by on the westbound carriageway.

Just after taking this photo, two Highway Patrol officers pulled up to ask me if I was OK! As a result I forgot to take my usual GPS reading. However from the times of the adjacent photos and some careful map work I am confident that I have found the correct lay-by and location.
