NZ0136 : Line of trees at west side of field

taken 9 days ago, near to Frosterley, County Durham, Great Britain

Line of trees at west side of field
Line of trees at west side of field
Farmland north of a path climbing from Frosterley to Hill End.
A line of trees at a field edge could suggest that a hedge, (which of course is composed largely of tree species), has grown beyond control and that some components have become full-sized trees.
The slope on the far side of the (Wear) valley rises to Fatherley Hill and beyond to Collier Law, both of which are out of view in the image.
