NY9040 : Ruin on thinly snowed moorland

taken 7 days ago, near to Westgate, County Durham, Great Britain

Ruin on thinly snowed moorland
Ruin on thinly snowed moorland
The ruin is on moorland on the north-western slope above Middlehope Burn; the ground above and ahead rises to White Edge. Quite unaccountably this moorland area doesn't qualify as access land under assessment made for the CROW Act of the year 2000.
