This picture may be of interest as it shows the NET tramway during its first week of operation, when the southern terminus was Station Street. I had come to my home town specially to travel on the new trams, but chose to come on a filthy day. In 2004 services on the Nottingham-Mansfield-Worksop Robin Hood Line (which runs parallel to the tramway between Whitemoor and Hucknall) were operated by Central Trains and the three-car diesel unit's green-and-blue livery and yellow warning panel (and the red signal it is standing at) offer touches of colour in the murk.
